Hotel AKA West Palm

I travel a lot for work, and I have stayed at other AKA hotel properties in the past and loved them. This stay sucked from the beginning. When I first checked in, they treated me like they were doing me a favor by letting me pay to stay there. They didn't know that the on-property restaurant was closed. When I had food delivered, they told me they would send it up to my room but left it sitting there until I came to get it. They forgot to have housekeeping clean my room, and when I called them about it, they just sent me new towels; no service. The list goes on, but ultimately the property looks nice, but the service sucks. There are a lot of great hotels within walking distance from this one. I recommend you stay there.

This is my second time staying at AKA West Palm. Love this place! Location is perfect and service and amenities are great. The pool is inviting and relaxing with drink and food service available

I stayed here when bringing our son to PBA university. It was great 2 bedroom apartment, all new, walking distance from the school. The pool was very nice and they offered a free electric car that takes you around the area. We will come back again.

It was only a short stay but they were very accommodating when we arrived way earlier than intended. They made it very easy for us to enjoy ourselves

The location was great. Front desk staff was Great! Pool Bartenders were very nice too! Room was large and well equipped. You can walk to restaurants and bars. Complimentary drink at check in was a nice touch! George and Bradley at the front desk were very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. A few Girls in the Cafe Market were not so friendly. Definitely order from the bartender's upstairs as they have the same menu!

Very clean and friendly staff! We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and it was very quiet! The room was large and comfortable and has everything we needed! Great location! Very walkable to shopping and dining!

The hotel was super nice and located in a great spot! the staff was friendly and super helpful. They had a shuttle that would pick you up and drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius which was so helpful for exploring! The restaurant and market on the ground floor were great as well.

Parking too much at $45 a night
