Not worth the rate per night. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel outside of its hospitable restaurant staff. I had to take my bags up to my room myself, had to open the doors myself - little no available bellman / hop. The soap and shampoo in my room was also empty, luckily I always bring my own. $800 per night with tax for the worst stay I’ve ever had, and a room facing a parking lot with a man scaling the exterior cleaning the window while I’m sleeping and not even a warning?? Why would I recommend this hotel? Restaurants? Yes. Hotel, not at all. I had the worst sleep too. This hotel is not worth my time nor money. I’m happy I cancelled the rest of my stay. The Amrit is a far better experience with more amenities and staff that take hospitality seriously, for less than half of the rate of the Ben. Worst choice I made for what was supposed to be a relaxing start to my vacation. Never again. My advice? Get more bell hoppers that want to work - open doors and help with bags, as they make the anttrib to the guests’ first impression. Guest Service Assistants should smile more too. Yes you had a busy season, but Im not paying $800 a night for bad treatment that has nothing to do with me. Do better. This is not the Marriot Bonvoy way.

Excellent hotel. We were able to check in at 10am free of charge which was amazing. We loved the roof top pool and the happy hour options at the bar. Highly recommend.

The Ben is a world class phenomenal property! From the entry way held open for you by 2 smiling doormen, to the delightfully engaging gushing warmth of the front desk personnel who will provide you with fruit steeped water or an adult beverage, to the exquisitely beautiful jungle-like lobby setting to the balcony rooms with spectacular views of the marina, intercostal and even the spires of The Breakers, to the most fantastic rooftop pool and bar, all in a perfect location to explore downtown west Palm Beach, this is among my favorite stays in the world. Wish I owned it
