Good pool and hot tub.

Very nice in Downtown west Yellowstone.

Everything is great. I have nothing to complain. I would recommend this hotel to other people if they choose the west entrance of Yellowstone.

Web site says work out room and continental breakfast, they have neither. I would not of booked there if I knew that. The rooms were nice tho.

The property is conveniently located near the Yellowstone West entrance, allowing you to visit and return in the afternoon. I would particularly highlight the friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only improvement I can suggest is addressing the parking issue, as the hotel is often full, and finding parking can be challenging.

We went to check in at 3:30, and the clerk quite unfriendly informed us that 4:00 was check in, and there would be a $25 charge for "early check in." No, "I'm sorry," or anything, or asking if we wanted to wait, or just saying the room wouldn't be ready til 4:00, just "we're going to charge you." Really bad first impression.

No coffee or tea offered at anytime.....$3.50 for hot water...not cool! Listed nightly smores every night...nope!

Great location in West Yellowstone. Not a fancy hotel but more than adequate for a jumping off point for the park. Very walkable to restaurants and shops with ample parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool facilities were great. We appreciated the free laundry and low cost detergent for sale. The rooms decor - specific to Yellowstone area - was stylish and inviting. The mini fridge in the room was very small and therefore almost useless. There was a lack of places to hang towels including a hand towel which was annoying. The staff were helpful in answering questions. And my kids would say don’t forget about the warm cookies. Pool and cookies = success

Convenient location to West entry of Yellowstone, less than 5 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and helped with suggestions for local activities and dining. Hotel does not offer a free breakfast. Room was clean.

I was charged two fees: 1. $100 and 2. $75 without any notice. I paid in full ahead of time. Also, there was underwear found on the floor from the previous people who stayed there, lining do shower curtain smelled weird, cleaning service brought me a new one which was nice of them, didn’t mind putting the new up myself.

They charge $50 in order to check in 30 minutes early. It was ridiculous.

The room amenities were excellent and the location of the property is superb

The staff were welcoming and helpful in guiding us to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the amenities but the property is close to several restaurants and shops all within walking distance and across the street from the grizzly and wolf discovery center.
