Very clean rooms. Staff was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free laundry room and the desk had detergent available for a fee. Our room never got really cool and the a/c cycled on and off with no constant fan option. While they had a very nice, well-equipped breakfast room, there was no breakfast available.

Be aware- There IS NO BREAKFAST. This hotel appears to be an old Country Inn and Suites. It was clean and quiet.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and super close to the National Park entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

400$ room & the hotel cut corners on room cleaning and breakfast. Do better if you want to continue to attract guests to your location, makes you wonder what is happening at this hotel.

Extremely convenient location if you are visiting Yellowstone, just 5 minutes from entrance. Close to downtown, conveniently close to everything and at the same time not right in the middle of it. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again!

At that price breakfast should have been included. Even juice, cereal, etc… would have been nice

The reason for the 4 star was because it had a moldy smell in some areas of the hotel. Although I heard breakfast service was stopped in January because of the more quality of food that had previously been served it would have been convenient to offer a continental breakfast of pastries, English muffins, bagels muffins, fruit and cold cereal.
