A little expensive for what you get

The hotel was adequate, well located for Yellowstone. Breakfast was okay, same daily. Cinnamon toast, hard boiled eggs, small cheese packets, good coffee. Beds could use a little love, but not the worst. Hot tub was hot with no bubbles. Didn’t use the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They called my husband- minutes after we checked out to tell him he’d left his wallet on the counter. We returned, and it was all intact…thank you very much!!

Breakfast was ok. There was not much of Selection. Beds weren’t comfortable. Location was good

Laundry available. Food nearby. Room seemed clean. Bathroom okay.

Nice hotel. Clean, but needs a bit of maintenance (chipped/cracked tiles, dings in the walls.) Good continental breakfast.

Hotel seemed clean... just a little dated/worn

Room was clean and comfortable. We were arriving at 1:30 am and called ahead to notify the front desk. When we arrived the attendant on shift was super kind in getting us a parking spot up front so we could quickly get to bed. Windows opened and we were able to let in some fresh air to our room, it was nice having that feature. Continental Breakfast in the morning was just enough, and they had Oat Milk in the fridge for coffee. Gathering area was a little tight, as we arrived when the rest of the hotel decided to as well, but the staff managed replenishing the fruit and yogurt and there was plenty of fresh coffee and some yummy bakery style muffins.

Clean room

This place could use some updating, lots of deferred maintenance. This was a pricey room for the condition of it, but they get it due to being near the Park. It was relatively quiet and the continental breakfast had something for everyone. It was in walking distance to downtown, shopping and food.

A little glitch with the room rate was fixed quickly thanks to the great staff, very convenient location to Yellowstone.

This is the only place that we stay when we come to West Yellowstone. We have been here three times now within the last 5 years. It is quiet but close to the entrance of Yellowstone Park. The breakfast is good, it is clean and we just love it. We will be returning next year again.

The breakfast was very good, various foods to choose from. The ice machine wasn't working on the first floor, went to second, it didn't work either. It looked like the second floor was not too long before, but not the rest of our stay there. Other than that, I would absolutely stay there again. Beds were so comfortable!

Super noisy fan in bathroom . Very old mattress. The sound proof is terrible. Cold staff. Only good part is two sinks in room.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
