No issue getting into the room. Other than that, way more than accommodating to get us squared away into the right room space.

The hotel was very nice. It met all my expectations.

Bedspread and sheets were stained and looked used. Hotel staff changed them out for me. Each day I got fresh towels, but no bathmat. Breakfast was not complimentary and coffee was available only during breakfast hours. This was not the best Hilton I have stayed in.

Excellent restaurant with indoor and outdoor accommodations

We were surprised to learn breakfast was $13 per person, including children, which we had not expected.We were placed on the third floor, where there was a strong unpleasant odor in the hallway. Our room door was also stuck and difficult to open, which raised safety concerns. The room initially looked clean, but that changed quickly. After returning from the pool, we found ants crawling on my purse, the table, and our food. Later, we also noticed what appeared to be blood stains on one of the beds. Housekeeping refused to change the sheets, saying our room was not scheduled for cleaning. I reported the ants to the front desk, and maintenance sprayed bug repellent in the room. The smell was so strong we had to leave for about an hour. When I requested a room change, the front desk refused without offering any alternative. Overall, the stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues, pests, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

A GREAT STAY!!!

Only one person doing check-in, but there was a wedding party and anniversay party checking in when we arrived. It took quite a long time, with room changes. Our check in was easy and quick once we got to the counter.

Cleanliness Black shade didn't unravel, needed force to flush toilet.

Room was not ready when we checked in at 5:00 pm. Housekeeping was severely backed up. Room we got had a duck tapped air conditioner, blinds that were falling apart, and a bathroom where the caulk around the bathtub was coming out and moldy.

Hotel was convenient for traveling. It was nice to be able to walk to the bar/restaurant next door. The room was quiet. My one dislike was the bed; it was not as comfortable as I would expect.

Brought mildew to staff attention when arrived. Did nothing to correct the problem. This was a handicap bathroom with wet floor all day. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was okay. Room was a bit humid, seemed like the appliances and fixtures were rusty and corroded. Shades, bedding, bed frame, desk, and tub all were well used and worn.
