Absolutely nothing. The staff mainly. Very rude and unprofessional on all levels. The roaches everywhere. The smell of animals and urine in the carpets. The lawn care. The parking lot has trash everywhere. The staff is very rude.

The hotel is well located and has all the amenities one needs. However, the property is quite old and would benefit from some investment and updating. Many of the metal fixtures were rusty, and the bed, bathroom, and lamps were also outdated and showed signs of wear. I believe that if the owner invested a little more in updating the bedrooms and replacing some of the older fixtures, the overall experience would be much better.

Just gave us keys n that was it. Not very professional. Couldn't buy drinks or snacks with card, had to use cash and incur ATM costs. Never stay at Red Roof in in Mount holly NJ again

The staff is polite & helpful! The women that clean the rooms do an EXCELLENT job! I very much appreciate them! Especially the young lady on my floor! Room 267!

Our room was full of mold, rust and filth. The ceiling had multiple cracks and some small holes along with visible mold. The shower had pink mold and the rolling door was broken which made it hard to fully open and close. The walls had dirt and drip marks down them. Not somewhere I’d take my children again.

The size of the room is good. The location is perfect. The bathroom is narrow and the sink is high, water runs poorly. Additionally, there was no internet connection and the hall smells smoke.

Accessible Parking lot needs repaired. Many vehicles riding through lot late at night. Looked like they were housing section 8 recipients, storing belongings in lobby. Couldn't hook up to wifi. No fresh coffee in lobby and in room coffee maker had bug casing inside.

Check in clerk was on a personal call the entire time and actively conversing with her phone call on speaker the duration of check in. They didn’t have our correct room and she refused basic assistance. Misinformation on the website about EV charger.
