Breakfast including was of good quality with plenty of choice. The hotel facilities were excellent, boot room, sauna, spa, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Hot snacks and cakes etc served from 3.30pm to 5.00pm and a very good evening meal menu. Honestly we enjoyed pretty much every bit of our stay, being really picky a number of the staff didn't speak English that well but they were extremely friendly and helpful and we don't speak and other languages so I really don't think that's an issue.

We were couple with kid, stayed at Suite with Mountain View - very comfortable room. Location is excellent for a trip in Tirol (Westendorf) The hotel's staff is friendly and kindly. Very good breakfast. Very nice pool / relax area Underground parking is available in hotel.

The location is amazing. Very quite and calm place. The corridore on the 4th floor is not smooth for luggage pulling and u have multiple steps so u need to lift each buggage.

High quality establishment with excellent, friendly staff and great views. Generous accommodation, finished and maintained to a high standard. Our experience of the catering was limited to breakfast but that was very good and there is every reason the believe that other meals would be just as good. Nothing
