Great to have beach pass parking access included- really saves hassle and time with kids going to Misquamikut with two you d kids. Room was clean, I forgot a toothbrush they were able to provide one quickly. My children liked the pool and everything was clean and nice!

The breakfast is not a" breakfast " just coffee and bread

Amazing. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect on our rainy cooler summer day. Shuffleboard was fun. They should update the room photos because it was much nicer than we expected. 5 stars for location, price and beach pass was included!

Reasonable priced and not to far from beach. Included beach pass and parking pass.

Clean and quiet, while full parking lot. Here only 1 night in the rain, in August mid-week. Good hot water, comfortable beds. Thank you.

Sheets where dirty Would never return

Great location! Rooms could use a bit of updating but were clean. Have stayed multiple times and would go back.

Comfortable bed, bad cell reception and wifi, cable was terrible, nice balcony and quiet area.

Location and facilities. The rooms were nice, great pool, and the staff at breakfast was really nice. Even though it ended up working out, I only meant to reserve, not book the room. When I realized I was booking a room, I tried canceling it minutes after. My wife and I were not provided an honest solution for how to cancel. I believe no place should exist without at least a 24 hour cancelation option.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the golf course which was “entertaining.” The microwave and refrigerator came in handy.

our 3rd time--will go back again. staff wants to please--just regular people--family run. we like an easy spot like this. proximity and ease of getting to beach is a major plus for us. restaurant next store is handy--as i mentioned we just like a pretty simple place to land. pool is nice for a late afternoon after the beach.

Bathroom had mold smell.

Clean rooms, quiet environment. It has a pool. Rooms are larger than most beach hotel rooms. The grounds need some attention ( water fountains with standing water) Elevator makes loud noises and “ jumps” Handrail to hot tub/spa not in place makes it hard to enter and exit We had trouble with key cards not working and had 2 men at the front desk gas light us saying “ we never have a problem with this “ Well we did ! At least 2 times ! Shower and toilet at pool area needs maintenance. The door knob to our bathroom needs to be replaced ( I was almost unable to turn knob on several occasions) We have been to this hotel many times over the years and it is sad to see the lack of attention to detail we were accustomed to.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Pool and hot tub amazing. Only complaint I have is we had 4 people. We were given 3 towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 mini soap and 2 tiny bottle of shampoo (2 of us have looong hair). They cleaned the room. Took the used towels but didn’t give new ones.

Pool was nice, staff was great,room was clean, maintenance needs to be done more often. Otherwise we would go back.
