. Point one is not a luxurious hotel but it’s simple. It’s right near the beaches. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was so helpful. I couldn’t leave at 11 because I was waiting for a ride and it was pouring and he didn’t charge me extra. he let us stay. I would definitely go there again.

Clean room and clean bed, but the room had the typical musty smell of an older motel. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower pressure and heat were very good. Excellent location for getting to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Barina and Harrish are wonderful people and take excellent care of their guests. We have been staying here for many years. The property is old/needs some updates but the location and the staff are awesome.

It was clean and easy to access. Location was great! We have stayed at beach cottages before so we were prepared to supply some of our own stuff. Owners were very nice and helpful. Walk to beach. AC was very cold! We would stay again!

Staff was great! Proximity to beach was great. AC worked great. The rooms are basic. Not all our outlets worked and there were stains on floors and ceilings. But for price, and location it worked out for what we needed which was a place to rest our head.

Location is excellent. The room and place itself needs a total makeover. It looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1970s. I was paying for the fact I could walk to the beach so it worked out.

High cost, low-budget hotel close to the beach. Extremely basic, no frills. Overpriced. Badly needs updating. Basically a place to sleep within walking distance to the beach. Free parking.
