it worth the high price. Hotel was dirty.

The hotel was a typical beach property - everything always felt damp and it should be mentioned that you are expected to walk up flights of stairs…we were told the elevator was old and slow. Bathrooms are very small and the restaurant smells badly. There are old fashioned AC units in each room. The location is ideal however which is probably what justifies the outrageous nightly price we paid for an August stay.

Property needs maintenance.

The beach and outdoor patios are beautiful, The bedroom sheets are disgusting other than the comforter none of it is washed.

Not ONCE did anyone come to bring fresh towels or t paper, we had to go ask for the items to be brought to the room. However there’s a card on the nightstand to tip housekeeping, ?

They wanted $170 for a late check out which is absurd considering the cost of the room. Other than that, it’s my favorite stay at Misquamicut. Location is great, restaurant is yummy and the beach is very nice.

Great location. Parking easy. Rooms had updated bathrooms which was nice. Carpets worn and should be updated. Noticed lots of trash around the property and hallways needed painting. Restaurant staff very nice and good food. No breakfast on premises which was surprising.

Great place to stay ! Close to beach

The rooms were clean but housekeeping is only by request. Towels and extras were easily provided at the front desk. The beach and pool are so close and convenient. The pool doesn’t open until 10 am and had quite a bit of sand. The restaurant was delicious, reasonable and had the best ocean views. We ate there 2 x. The hotel could use a little more cleaning indoors and outside but was adequately maintained. The beach area could use ropes for a clear walkway and areas to clean your feet. (They no longer had an outdoor footbath area.)

They charge $125 for early check in between 2-4 pm. Glass doors throughout property always dirty. No breakfast on site. Housekeeping by request only. Restaurant food okay not great. Pool water cloudy. Lots of kids in pool. Could be cleaner in general areas like glass doors.

I had fond memories of staying here with family about 10 years ago. It’s still reasonably nice for the area but not quite the high standard I remember.

Exceptional

It’s a nice hotel but my room wasn’t too great. My room was above the kitchen and it was noisy very late and view was terrible obstructed by ventilation units.

Beach view was amazing, room average, had a decent meal. We got kicked off the beach as didn’t have a pass that no one in the hotel told us about (embarrassing).

Third time in three years we’ve stayed here! Love the views, the beach, the pool, the bar. It’s also great to have the restaurant right in site. The lobster roll is AMAZING. Warm and buttered. So good I got it three days in a row! Drinks and food menu are solid. Only complaint this time was that they ran out of pool/beach towels and we had to use a tiny bath towel while they waited for a towel delivery. I do love that they have little amenities that you can add to you stay (wine and cheese for example). And I love that you can stay and enjoy the facilities after checkout! This place is good for families and couples and groups. And it’s walkable to restaurants and bars. It’s become an annual tradition for us now. Definitely recommend it.

The location, pool, grounds are beautiful. But the stairs, hallways, room rugs are all pretty dirty. Just a quick mopping daily would make it better. I realize that there is a lot of sand and people traffic but it was a turn off. Get rid of the rugs
