The kiosk check-in was good similar to an airport The check-in kiosk did not recognize the QR code and was defaulting to Passport so I had to dig in my bag and get out my drivers license with made it inconvenient for a process that was supposed to be convenient. Also, I could not get a hold of any Restaurant to make a food order and go and pick up the front desk. People did not care at all.

I was only there for 1 night. Could not give a fair review. However I do feel that if check in time was earlier with no fees guests would have more time to avail themselves of the bars, restaurants and the casino.

Beds were comfy and quiet hotel, not overcrowded. Casino wasn't overcrowded which was great. Prices were little high. I wish there was more variety of foods. Rooms need a tad more attention like dusting,

Room was clean and comfortable property was great with lots of room. Could have a few more dining options in the middle of the week. but understand it's based on crowds.

The casino was the only highlight. WiFi did not work, even when you spoke to reception, they dismissed it, not very helpful at all. No option for room service, not kid friendly. Toilet in the room was also faulty, continuously leaking, not able to flush. Lastly, if you want to use the pool, you need to be 21 and over.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I was up all night in pain.

I really didn't appreciate the staff banging on my door in the morning asking me when I was going to leave when it wasn't after check out time.
