There wasn’t a stopper in the sink which makes wet shaving difficult and was a hazard for contact lens usage. One could see daylight under bottom & sides of entry door. The towels were clean but found a hair on one. The beds were comfortable.

No hot water in the shower. Definitely get what you pay for

This is a property that has seen much better days. A friend recommended this hotel but I now know my friend does not share the same level of expectations as I. The room itself was clean and prepared with clean linens, towels and the other usual little necessities. The exterior of the property is in a sore state, needing serious cleaning, painting and landscaping. My biggest complaint was that there was never any ice available during my 4 day stay. One of machines was turned off and a "new" very small machine could only produce enough ice for a small family yet alone for a facility with 80+rooms. When confronted with this ice situation several of the staff just shrugged and smiled. The "continental breakfast' promised on the website was totally non-existent. The adage that you get what you pay for rings true with this place. Upon departure I asked for a copy of my bill and there was an additional day charged to my card. I talked with management and they said I would get a refund within 5 days - we shall see if that bears true. Convenient and safe location but don't expect too much if you choose to stay here.

The room i had was fairly decent. I was really surprised since the exterior and landscaping is in terrible shape. I honestly think their prices are to high there though because it looks slummy. I was also conversing with others staying there and they said I got 1 of the better rooms. Plus they also charge you $20 a night for a pet, which is not stated on their website so just an FYI. Would I stay there again? Prob not since it sounds like I got lucky. Everything in the room was clean.

ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! The best part was leaving. stayed for 20 minutes. The lobby was sketchy, the area was horrible, people were smoking, drinking ect....Very unsafe for kids especially. Room was DISGUSTING!! Everything was dirty, sheets were stained. My kids were disgusted and wanted to leave. For a Ritz City like Westlake I didn't know a place like this existed.

Expect they would have breakfast but they no longer do. Need to updated amenities Breakfast and come in late my card didn't work had to go to office to get it fixed

This facility was very nice considering it is a budget hotel. Just needed a quick place to stay to rest before flying out the next morning. Was clean, and easily accessible, as well as being quiet. The customer service clerk was polite, and very quick in processing my stay. Didn't stay long enough to enjoy any of the amenities, but the pool did look nice.

The location was perfect The hole in drywall 10x12 size and the lack of staff interested in helping cover or fix while we stayed felt very uncomfortable
