It’s in a great location, but sadly rooms need to be updated. Floors were dirty chairs with stains sheets were stains in the carpet smelled really bad
-
Not well maintained and stains on furniture, dirty old carpets, but great breakfast free with stay
-
Don’t book here not clean at all. Sheets smelled like someone had already used them. Shower was dirty. Towels were wet when I tried to dry myself. Breakfast bar was not stocked. Too much money for very low quality.
-
Mostly just some things that were broken or overlooked in the room that dropped the score I gave. Bed was comfy enough and I was only there for 2 nights.

Nothing was clean. The shampoo they had in the room was awful along with the tiny bar of soap and lotion was like water. We had to go buy shampoo conditioner and body wash from the store. Our iron in the room did not work. The front desk said they had no others to let us use. The elevator was hot and dirty. All around it was just a mess. I would never stay here again.

Hot breakfasts daily 6-10 a.m. with good variety and with changes daily. Good water pressure and temp. Cold A/C and hot heat. Kiddie TV channels available. Quiet and clean. Quickly responsive to requests.
-
Location We had to wait over an hour to check in. The facility is run down

The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The pool was good. Beds were comfortable. Made reservations for a king bed and ended up with 2 queen beds. There was a hot tub in the pool area that was non-working. The darkening curtains didn't cover the whole window so when it got light outside, it got pretty bright in the room.

The breakfast was good and staff was nice . It was .comfortable and was in a safe location. Price could have been better and cable drops all the time we had 3 rooms same in all rooms
-
Great room, friendly staff.

Awful front desk customer service, bathtub was dirty had filth in it, missing soaps, missing shower gel, tiles falling off in bathroom, grease and dirt on bed sheets, office chair was filthy dirty, grim, nasty stains on it. Hilton honors members, they don’t care about you or your member benefits at all. Not impressed, I travel to Denver several times a year. Will stay anywhere else. This Hampton was so disappointing, embarrassing for the Hilton brand.

This is truly a low ball affordability hotel. With barely essential acceptability. Do yourself a favor and consider other options within the area.

The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. Any time we asked for assistance, they acted inconvenienced or avoided helping altogether. We were also told the pool would open, but it stayed closed the entire time. The gym was a joke — there were no weights, the treadmill was broken, and the only equipment available was a bike and an elliptical. Breakfast was also terrible, and on one day they actually ran out, leaving guests waiting almost an hour for it to be restocked. The only good thing about this place is its location, but that does not make up for the poor cleanliness, broken amenities, and awful service. Based on the experience, a full refund is warranted.

Yes. Staff was not helpful. Consistently on their phones - had to beg them for towels that never showed up. Rooms never got cleaned, had to run down THREE times for toilet paper and finally got it the third time.
-
The property was very dirty. There is only a tiny window the drapery was just covering a wall. Room very dusty. The pool was unusable for our stay. Staff had no knowledge of things we ask, one women was very rude

Do not stay in this hotel. There was a huge stain in the couch in our room and when I went down to the lobby to communicate with staff they laughed and said that most couches and the hotel were stained. Also bathroom sink was not draining properly. They refused to give us a different room or give me a refund because I decided not to stay.
