The breakfast was a highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was good. The attendant very helpful. Overall cleanliness, in and out of the hotel did not reflect a lot of attention. Staff less than interested anytime presented with a request, or a problem.

Our room was across from the pool so the chlorine smell was strong. The room looked clean, but the carpet was dirty. There were tears in the carpet in the hallways. The door into the hallway from outside did not lock. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and pieces of tile were missing. We had to ask for additional wash clothes and towels for our second night. The property looked very nice from the outside, but the inside did not measure up.

My room was clean and in order. The bed was super comfortable, lobby was clean, outside grounds were kept up very nicely….. Room was shabby in appearance. Could use fresh coat of paint; drawer by fridge was broken off completely, plaster patching throughout room and above sink, def needs sanding and paint….more towels is a must, no iron in room, staff gave me 2 different broken ones before I finally got a good one on third try…..

Up at 8 am and went to breakfast. Got back to the room at 9 and go to fill the tub up. No hot water is coming out. I let it run for 5 minutes. Nothing remotely close to warm water came out. Checked the bathroom and the sink. No hot water there either. So basically spent almost 300 bucks to sleep in a hard bed for the night.

Nothing Everything. It was terrible. The place was a dump and it literally set on fire, within the first 20 minutes of being there. We did not stay. We left asap. Creepy!!

the property was not very clean. the rooms were old and worn out.repairs to walls and doors started but left unfinished. I paid for a courtyard view but the window was so old and fogged over we couldn't see out it. the small patio off our room was filthy and had cigarette butts all over the ground. the outside chairs were so dirty you couldn't sit in them. the pool was very cloudy and cold. the hallways did not have air-conditioning and it was very hot. the temps outside were in the 90's. the air in the rooms did work. I asked for towels and didn't receive them and when we asked the desk for them no apology or anything. front desk staff was not rude but not friendly nor concerned for the guests at all. very noisy neighbors and front desk did try to calm them down after I had to tell them the room number of where the noise was coming from at 3:15 in the morning. This is not a cut rate hotel, very pricy, I felt ($160 a night), for what it was. didn't try the breakfast somewhat afraid to eat their food. Outside doors were to be locked at 10 pm but they were not locked. not very secure! NEVER, NEVER stay there!!! very bad!!
