Great staff very helpful, very friendly. Great hotel and beautiful views.

Room was very outdated, humid, and musty. There were stains on all the surfaces, like the dresser and desk, and the air vent had mold on it. The room was also absolutely freezing with AC blasting, and would not warm up despite raising the temperature. I’m from Texas and we love AC, but I eventually had to turn it off to warm up the room, and when the air stopped blowing, the room smelled so humid and musty. With that and the vent, I felt certain there was a larger mold issue. The actual golf course looked very pretty (I’m not a golfer) and the hotel was fine in the lobby and bar area. Just the room itself was so outdated, beat up, and moldy. This is not a “resort” by any means.

75 dollar a day incidentals and 49 dollar amenities access charge..yet you still have to pay for amenities.

This is one of my FAVORITE hotels!!!!!!! My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay!!

Property was clean, but service was terrible. Asked to have my room cleaned and a cleaner never touched my room for the 4 nights I stayed there. Food options were very limited from the restaurant. Spa was not readily available and run by a different group than the hotel. Tried to make appointment on line prior to stay but this was very difficult. Should not be labeled as a luxury get-away.

Easy check in helpful staff nice rooms only minor negative was no decaf tea pod in room upon request

Very disappointing stay. The deluxe suite had a strong sour, musty/mildew smell that did not improve even after we opened the balcony doors and ran the AC. The bathroom and common-area floors also needed to be vacuumed and mopped, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to properly clean the room. For the price of the room, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to guest concerns.

However, considering you are charged a daily resort fee, I was surprised the pool area was not kept cleaner. There was debris in the pools that should have been skimmed, and a lot of paint chipping off the bottoms and sides of both pools. There was also debris around the flooring of both pools that should have been swept and kept clean. We had an adjoining room reservation, and one of the bathrooms was very outdated compared to the other. The 'nicer' bathroom had a sliding door and the other a standard door. But the standard door was damaged at the bottom, as if it had been in a flood. The tub in the outdated bathroom also looked like the bottom had been painted over to cover damage, but the paint was peeling in the middle. Overall it was a wonderful stay, I just think that for the cost of the rooms and the resort fee, that all these minor details should not be overlooked. The grounds are so beautiful that the rooms and amenities should also be up to par.
