Great Stay!

The hotel was clean, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy every day. The room itself is a bit dated, but it has been well maintained and was comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Location very close to Cleveland Clinic for my appointments. Restaurants in the complex next door serve delicious food....especially the Columbian one. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. We also enjoyed ordering food from Flanagan's which is very close by. Coffee and tea available in the lobby all the time was much appreciated. That I couldn't stay longer.

Clean room and a nice space. No meat or coffee at breakfast, only old fruit, horrible powdered eggs, and make-your-own waffles. I went to the desk for help and waited at the counter while the desk clerk watched FIFA in the lobby. I know he saw me standing there. I gave up and left without receiving any assistance. With better service and more breakfast options, this would have been 5 stars.

Very good

So many great places to eat within walking distance as well as a short driving distance. Excellent location for the concert at the arena nearby. I have nothing bad to say, except that there was no hand sanitizer or cleanser in gym which I think is necessary - and there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and I had just come from the gym and I had to go to the front desk and they gave me their personal one. Kind of made me grossed out thinking of the people that came down that really should've washed their hands before touching everything.

Stay was great

The lobby is definitely not super clean looking and also had a smell. The hallways didn't smell clean either. Luggage carts looked dirty. The elevator was super slow. The shower had a half glass door, so water sprays out and no water pressure.
