There was a smell outside of the hotel (urine). The bed and pillows were was just okay. TV had a bit of static. We had the a/c down but it didn’t cool well. The layout of the hotel was strange. Like a maze. Staff was friendly and location was good.

If you're going to Cleveland clinic they have shuttles to take you there in the morning and to the public and the mall. That's s big plus. Staff friendly and helpful.y 3 rd time there would return for hospital visit because location is so close.

Breakfast is good, staff is friendly i will say there are alot of elderly folks that stay at this hotel so you definitely want to be considerate. Basketball court was good for my kids and swimming pool was always a plus and clean and empty.
