Good location Reception when I checked in. He was unfriendly and didn’t apologise for keeping me waiting. He was dealing with clients but could have easily asked me politely to wait, maybe even sit down as I am elderly and use a walking stick.

This is a fantastic location close to the station, beach, restaurants & leisure facilities. The sea view room was wonderful. It was great there was a lift especially for my 85 year old mum. The breakfast room in the basement was quite dark and could do with brighter lighting. Being visually impaired I found this room a bit challenging.

The staff were lovely and kind Breakfast was awesome Room wasnt bad at all considering the price we paid and how late we booked Could be a tad cleaner but it was good enough

Breakfast was good, location is perfect, views from the rooms is great & lovely to wake up to the sound of the waves. Bit tired in places but didn’t affect our stay at all.

The hotel is in an ideal location being just across from the beach. All staff were very nice and friendly. Our room was ideal for us being of 2 adults and 1 child with a sea view and excellent breakfast. Would definitely come back here to stay again. Nothing.

Love the location of the property, room sizes are great although we were at the top of the hotel it was hot but there was a fan. Staff are excellent and friendly. Not really much to dislike. I could not find WiFi password in our room so had to memorise which was easy enough. There’s not much information surrounding the restaurant for breakfast etc I wasn’t sure if I could pay extra to have breakfast or if it was included.

Traditional seaside hotel. We had the friendliest of welcomes from Mark. We had a sea view which was lovely. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was good, just a bit ‘tired’ but it was clean. We loved the breakfast! No Prosecco in the bar but that was our only criticism!
