Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. It was convenient as it was close to the beach and town. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was excellent, really enjoyed it. I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a mini fridge in room to store water to keep cool as it was hot during the time. And the room was a bit smelly, kind of dusty??? The room was clean though.

The B&B is ideally located on the Esplanade directly opposite the beach front which is amazing. The family room we booked was spacious, had very comfortable beds and had the essential facilities to make hot drinks etc. The owner (Dean) was very helpful in guiding us to the best place to park before we arrived, and also called to see when we’d like to check in so we could drop our things off then come and go as we wish. I’d also like to thank the team who were in covering breakfast. They were all very polite, helpful and breakfast was lovely which set us up for the day. There was nothing to dislike to be honest.

The property location was excellent. On the esplanade and a five minute walk from the train station and a hop skip and jump from the beach and promenade. We stayed in a room accommodating four persons (12A) , so was a bit crowded with a tiny en-suite bathroom. No sea view and a bit warm. However, one stand fan was provided. The room was clean with daily housekeeping which was good. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast was good with a hot breakfast, fruit, juices and cereals and good service. Gluten free toast was available. - Wi-fi did not work in our room which was an inconvenience for my parents who are visiting and did not have a UK SIM. - One single bed in our room was not firm (which I slept on) and was creaky.

Staff were incredibly friendly and happy, always a warm smile and time for a chat, even though they were working very hard. Fantastic breakfast, huge selection, generous portions and no petty limits on what you are allowed to eat. Oustanding service provided by all the staff and the owner was very understanding, eager to help and with some good tales to tell. View from upper seafront room was second to none. Close to the seafront, traffic noise such as boy-racers, road sweepers was quite high, but things quieted down after midnight and after a few nights you get used to it. The windows needed to be open because it was hot in the room and we used the provided fan to blow in some cooler air from outside.| Beds and mattresses felt a bit small, old and rickety.

The host Dean and Maya were very good and accomodated. If we asked something, they always gave immediate action and satisfaction.Breakfast is extreamly amazing,beyond our spectation, we have a great time on our holiday I can't say nothing but all is great. Definitely will back again. All good

Location is perfect for exploring Weymouth town & enjoying the beach. Quick & easy check in & very accommodating on looking after luggage if arrival before check in time & check out. Room was a good size, very clean & reasonably furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space. Room had a sea view which was an added bonus because on every Monday through-out August they have fireworks on the beach @9.30. My grandson(5yr) & i were able to sit and watch from the window which was perfect.All staff were friendly & helpful & i felt very safe staying here as i was travelling for the first time on my own with my grandson on a little mini adventure. Breakfast had plenty of choice of pastries ,fresh fruit & freshly cooked English breakfast. I definitely would not hesitate to book again.Thank you for helping me make memories with grandson. There was nothing i didn’t like & was not an issue for us, but some may find stairs an issue as no lift.

Overall the experience was fair. Modernisation of rooms and maybe a bit of feminine touches would also improve . But staff friendly and helpful so no complaints there. Breakfast good with plenty of fruit and cereal to start the day. Location was pretty good as well. Balcony terrace and sea view bonus. The room needs to be updated. There is peeling wall paper and it lacks a bit of finesse. Bathroom was quite small and tough to get in and around. Although a window could be opened no air conditioning or fans, same as the breakfast seating area no fans to keep guests cool so having breakfast and sweating. Staff need to make sure people do sit at the allocated tables to avoid confusion or annoyed patrons.The only downside is there is no filtered coffee available just instant but plenty of fruits and cereals to help yourself with. Overall the experience was fair. Refreshing the rooms maybe one at a time and it could vastly improve.
