We were in town for a wedding during an EXTREMELY busy weekend. Everything in the area was sold out due to lacrosse tournaments and a huge concert in downtown Baltimore. When we arrived (exactly 3pm), the front desk staff greeted us and "physically" checked the room we booked to ensure it was ready. Everyone on the hotel staff was spot on with making sure all guests were comfortable, safe and enjoying their stay. Things such as saying "good morning", "safe travels" to the concert goers, taking pictures for the guests and asking if they could be of any help matter SO much. Huge "kudos" to the team on duty July 17 - 19 during our stay! Thank you ... until next time.

Everywhere from elevators to bathrooms were very specious. Everything from furniture to bathroom tiles were brand new and very clean. Breakfast was great. The lady greeting us at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
