This place is dated, working on remodeling, no one in the office, called and texted number, no answer. Three we 2 young men working that were very helpful. The tvs we terrible. I will say the sheets, towels and room was clean. I feel the price was a little high

Sketchy place. Bugs in the room, smelled like cigarette smoke and NEVER saw anyone at the front desk.

Location was convenient. We did not stay at the property. It did not fill our expectations at all. There was a musty smell in the room, which caused an immediate reaction from one of our group. The beds were not supported with a box spring and the bed was too hard. It felt like a condensed foam, but not comfortable. The a/c unit in one of the rooms was so loud!! We talked to the manager, but she was not responsive at all. Kept saying it was not refundable. The motel is referred to as a boutique motel. Totally misnamed! We have asked for a refund from the motel and now have lodged an official request from booking.com but have not yet heard back.

STAY ELSEWHERE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! The woman running the front desk was friendly but unable to resolve the problems we encountered. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice strong one. Problem #1: The room was warm even though it was only 47 degrees outside. The air conditioning unit helped a little bit to cool down the room but did not make the room cool. It was also EXTREMELY LOUD. Problem #2: The television was unable to load the software necessary to use it. A staff member said that he would reboot the router to fix the problem. It improved for roughly 5 minutes and then failed to work again. We had no use of the television for the duration of our stay. Problem #3: The WiFi is so slow that it was the equivalent of having no WiFi. I’m serious when I say that it took 55 minutes for me to open, read, and send a simple response to one email. It was THAT slow. The property is also expensive-far, far, FAR more costly than the quality warrants. JUST STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Great little motel on the south side of Whitefish. I needed a late check-in, and that was no problem as they do contactless check-in. Only downside is I never got to meet the staff, so can't really give the staff a review, but I'm sure it would be a good one. I would be happy to stay there again.

Nothing much. Housekeepers were very nice. Very nice shower head. Terrible value. Old, tired, and some of the craftsmanship on decorating was pathetic. Absolutely no comfortable furniture in the place. Far too expensive. Rather than give you a good mattress they just put a memory foam pad on the bed. It was sad and tired.
