The bedside telephone cradle was filthy. There were drinking glass water stains on the coffee table. Uncomfortable bed pillows. The bed was made up sloppily on day two. Breakfast was nothing special. Front Desk staff Beate was very helpful. The shower in the bathroom was a prefab shower unit that was patched. Hotel is worn out.

We loved this family friendly affordable spot close to downtown. It had lots of fun amenities (pool, hot tub, game room, bikes) for us to enjoy! Although the rooms were clean when we arrived, the daily cleaning service wasn’t great.

Room was nice but could have been cleaner, one thing is they had the in room coffee station inside the washroom. Pool and hot tub were very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

We were not impressed with the breakfast though. The food was barely warm and no microwave to warm it. The fruit was a little mushy. The coffee was good. It is a very busy time of year and housekeeping is kept busy cleaning rooms for newcomers so those staying a few nights don't get much attention.

The property location was great as it was close to the downtown area. We enjoyed the pool and kayak rentals. The breakfast was good. We were very disappointed in the housekeeping. We had to ask 3 out our 6 day stay for our room to be cleaned and the front desk staff appeared to be annoyed that we asked. I didn’t feel we were making an unreasonable request. We had family staying on the same floor who had the same issues with the housekeeping.

Overall a great place! The breakfast was mediocre which is the only reason it’s not a 5/5 star rating.

Wasn’t cleaned everyday and we had to constantly ask for the room to be freshened. The location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again for the price compared to other, nicer hotels in the area.

Very pretty property on the river. Loved relaxing on our balcony overlooking the river. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Simple but great hotel. Amenities exceeded most typical roadside hotels. Beautiful views, pool and breakfast areas were perfect. Expedia lost our reservation, but the hotel was still able to accommodate.
