Everting was good, except the elevators only one was working the other one was broken. We were on the 7th floor. By night both were broken we had to use the service elevator.

Always a nice stay. beds aren’t the comfiest but they aren’t horrible. Staff is very welcoming and rooms have been clean

Upon check out we were told we would be charged $33, I ask for what since I knew we purchased an $6 water and $7 Diet Coke, I was told of a purchase on 8/14 but I was out all day and the supervisor could not tell me what was purchased or give me a receipt!

The hall ways are very hot.

Property was ok but accommodation was disappointing. Towels were like sandpaper and shower floor was slippery Drawer by bedside wouldn’t stay closed. Ice machine on my floor wasn’t working As a former business traveler I thought Doubletree hotels had larger rooms.

We went and had planned on going to swim and the pool was closed for cleaning but they never re-opened it.
