Room smelled like urine. AC unit was blowing nasty/stagnant air - clearly hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Halls smelled of food. Would not stay here again

Hotel was generally quiet and pleasant. Staff were helpful and efficient. Always outside of rooms were a little warm, but rooms were quite comfortable. The only criticism I have is that, because the area is a hot and humid environment, especially in the summer, the caulking around the bathtub/shower needed more attention because of the growth of heavy mildew.

Good for a quick stop over.

Breakfast was ok, but the same offerings every day we stayed.

There was fecal matter on bathroom walls and room smelt bad. Also had issue at check in.

In the new room, one bed was completely unusable because the sheets were not changed and were covered in brown and black smudges, so I shared a queen bed with two children. The air conditioner was covered in dust and mold. There was no shower curtain liner so the floor just gets soaked when showering since there was only a fabric waffle curtain. Every surface was dirty. There were ants on the air conditioner, and a fly, and hairs on the wash cloth I almost used. The fridge was dirty and I had to wipe it down with rubbing alcohol and a wash cloth just to set something inside. I expect nothing from best western other than a clean place to sleep. The housekeeping and maintenance at this one was abysmal.

The staff was very friendly but property was dirty and in need of repairs. Elevator floor was nasty and carpet was very worn and dirty. Room had a funky smell. Breakfast was okay. No pool.

There was toothpaste flashes on the bathroom opposite the sink. A few ants on the sink. The elevator floor had a dried spill on it. The beds were clean. The rest of the room was clean. No bad smells.

Clean comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Plenty of parking and walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant. Great AC and room darkening shades made for a good night’s sleep. Adequate breakfast of cereals, fruit, biscuits, gravy and eggs. Would stay again.

Roaches in the rooms, very disorganized, and not very helpful with services. Wouldnt come back here
