No pool, no vending machine, trash all over the trash cans, but the worst is the cockroaches in the middle of the night all over the chest mirror , bathroom counter and floor ..

Honestly I can’t even begin to describe this property. When I walked into the room there was a LARGE red heart-shaped jacuzzi staring me in the face and a puddle of water on the laminate floor by the AC.. As I looked around I saw a cracked window, a door to the bathroom that apparently had been kicked in. There were two refrigerators. One was acceptable and the other one had black material in it that was likely mold - but one clump of it resembled a wasp nest. The grossest refrigerator I had ever seen in a motel room. Then in the bathroom the wall had been patched and never painted. While the bed was OK, the next morning the pool of water was very large. I also noticed that the hinges hold in the bathroom door were all halfway out and rusted. The best thing about this visit was that I only stayed one night.

Even though rooms werent available they kept online renting available which caused a 3 hour delay into getting into another hotel wasting time and money

It was not the room I booked. Was supposed to have one bed, but had two. Tried to talk to the desk clerk about it, and was told that there weren't any other rooms available. They didn't even check the computer before telling me this. The TV only had basic air channels, no cable, or streaming. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go get it from the office. Overall it was not the greatest experience.

Very dirty and no one cleaned or replaced towels and I stayed 4 days. The air conditioning leaked water and they did nothing. Never again

Bad

The first room had a damaged door. The door had previously been kicked in. The bedding inside the room was dirty. After asking for another room I checked and it was worse. This door was almost caved in and the bedding was still dirty. I did not stick around long enough to check the bathroom, but didn’t expect it to be in any better condition. They had walkways on the outside of the building heavily damaged and one section was crumbling and roped off due to collapse.

Absolute trash!! DO NOT BOOK HERE I BEG YOU!! rooms we’re disgusting the whole building is falling apart. I took the L and went and stayed elsewhere.

Don’t stay here. Expedia will let you book and then when you show up at 1am they won’t have any room for you and you’ll have to deal with Expedia to get a booking. Not worth the “savings” when you get turned away for them being fully booked- regardless how far in advance you book your room.

We arrived after a 12 hour drive and the hotel room was not even available.

Other nearby hotels were also sold out making me spend the night at a truck stop due to Expedia's deceiving business. Extremely disappointed customer, Amador Velasquez

I have never seen a hotel that was in such disrepair. In fact, it was in such terrible shape. I could not even stay there. I called this city and the police, because it was unsafe for people to even stay there. I took a lot of pictures. They refused to refund my money even though I checked out right away. Smoke alarm networking, the cushions on the chair all ripped up. The electric wasn't working in the room. Some outlets were ripped off the wall and some lamps just didn't even have light bulbs. No soap, no shampoo, nothing do not stay here

Nothing They gave away our booked rooms!

Staff was kind and friendly. The property appears to have several long time residents which is fine but lots of garbage in bags around the property not collected. Asked for additional toilet paper and was assured that would take care of it but never happened. Hotel room was clean with clean sheets though place needs to have pest control come out as there was bugs in the room. Bathroom shower head was faulty making showering difficult and messy. Ok place if you just need something on a long road trip to lay you head for the night but not a destination place you spend more then a night at and only to not have to sleep in your car.

Worst hotel experience of my life, bugs, mold, leaks, noisy resident. If the health department were to inspect, this place would be locked up tight.
