Clean and safe. One of two beds was uncomfortable.

I liked the environment. The front desk people were cordial and helpful throughout the weekend. We have stayed there many times and the lobby is always clean, the room is always clean, the elevator is always clean considering the number of kids riding it after the pool. Only disappointment was the "hot food" at breakfast. I don't think the young lady knew how to use the heater/steamer to keep the biscuits and gravy hot without making the biscuits into hockey pucks. I don't fault the young lady, they need to be trained properly if you are going to hire younger people for that position.

The front desk staff was excellent! There was a pipe that had burst before our stay so that did affect the water pressure of our shower during our stay. Other then that it was a very good stay

The room was very nice except the lamp on the table between the beds and on the desk were all rusty. And the floor lamp would flicker on and off, like it had a short.

We stayed there the nights of the 15th & 16th of July. I h a very been trying to get a printout of my final charges, to no avail. I have left phone messages, sent an actual letter with a SASE, but obviously the manager has more important things to do than answer my question.i will NOT recommend it for future use.
