Woodland Inn and Suites Extended Stay

The staff members were very friendly. The facility and the room were pretty gross. The breakfast was just cereal and coffee. You definitely get what you pay for.

The room was disgusting and crawling with roaches, they gave my room away and tried to put me out of the property. I will never book this hotel again!

. The lobby was very nice, snacks and drinks were very affordable, Staff was friendly. And the location was convenient. Ac in the room worked well. The room had a lingering smell, there was unknown substances on the walls and window, the window was concerning, it opened all the way without a screen and we were on the 3rd floor. The carpet was sticky, there was some kind of residue on the fridge, no working elevator, only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and the breakfast room was lacking. Breakfast food was stocked but bowls, plates, utensils and coffee creamers were not. Honestly not the best hotel we have stayed in but certainly not the worst. Hoping it gets better as they are switching ownership.

No one there to check me in for 10 minutes. Elevator down. Breakfast half stocked. No remote for TV.

Didn't have much of a breakfast which was disappointing, but the rooms were well kept and the service was good. Air conditioner wasn't the greatest but it worked.

No breakfast available despite advertising breakfast. No elevator availability. Understaffed in housekeeping, which made check-in take a long time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean. Good internet. See above.

If grimy was a place….. The elevator was broken, the residents that live there are allowed pets. Spend the extra and go somewhere clean.

Overwhelming cigarette and marijuana smell everywhere. Don’t be fooled by pictures and fake reviews .

They were under new management at the time of my stay but they should have planned better for the new management ppl were spread thin
