Room 17, the penthouse was fabulous, views are amazing Room 17, the penthouse, has a kitchen with a sink and microwave, but no utensils, plates, kitchen towels, or hand soap were available for use. We asked for plates and cutlery, but the hotel staff seemed surprised by the request.

Best of the best!

The hotel seems to be not ready to receive us. They do have renovations in the rooms which is too much noisy and despite the big number of labors moving around the rooms and on the parking area. A side from that the balcony was dirty! And also there’s no mirror next to the dresser table! And no power outlets next to mirrors at the toilet! Additionally the spa and the gym is open for the public and not only serving the hotel residents. When we first arrived, we went to the spa for reservations and was fully booked for 2 days!!!! Wifi was poor and we talked to reception but they didn’t do anything.

A Slice of Paradise on the Garden Route From the moment we arrived at Views Boutique Hotel & Spa, we were swept away by its unparalleled setting and personalized luxury. Perched above the Indian Ocean, the panoramic views from nearly every corner of the property are nothing short of breathtaking — especially at sunrise and sunset, when the entire coastline glows. Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with floor-to-ceiling glass to fully capture the ocean’s beauty. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up with dolphins dancing in the surf was pure magic. Service was thoughtful, warm, and discreet — the kind of hospitality that anticipates your needs before you even ask. Every team member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and professional. The on-site restaurant offered a refined menu with fresh, locally inspired cuisine, and dining with that spectacular ocean view elevated every meal. Whether you’re exploring the Garden Route or seeking a romantic retreat, Views is an unforgettable destination I would like to thank the manager Ciska and many of the employees like christy, Thembela, Lesley and Alfred for their efforts to make our stay memorable None

I had a sea view room with balcony overlooking the beach. The view of the beach and shoreline is absolutely amazing, which including watching a pod the dolphins , swimming by one morning . The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. The room was very quiet except for the natural relaxing noise of the waves from the beach, if you left the balcony door open. Breakfast and Dinner were delivered to my room, which suited me . The AC / heater worked very well. The staff were all very helpful. This hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this must be one of the best hotels in the Western Cape, possibly in South Africa . I will be back again in November. The outdoor swimming pool was too small for me, but this did not detract from the overall view of the hotel.

The view I recently stayed at Views Boutique Hotel and Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I checked in, there was a series of unacceptable mistakes and disappointments that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. First, I was initially assigned a suite, but due to an error by the staff, I was later moved to a normal room without any proper explanation or compensation. This kind of mismanagement is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience. The food quality was shocking—I found a large plastic piece inside my omelet during breakfast. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety, which should be a top priority for any reputable hotel. The staff were untrained and unprofessional, lacking the basic hospitality skills expected in a high-end establishment. Additionally, something as simple as drinkable water was not provided in the rooms by default—I had to specifically request it. For a so-called luxury hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, my stay at Views Boutique Hotel and Spa was a huge disappointment. I strongly urge the management to improve staff training, enhance food safety standards, and ensure basic amenities are readily available. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Stunning views, good service and spacious room. Breakfast was low quality. Especially the Full Breakfast (sausages and mushrooms didn’t taste good). Also decor generally needs updating.
