The view from our room was amazing! The aircon worked well. The shower didn't work and the water dripped all night The phone that we were supposed to use to call reception, didn't work The bedding had a tear. A promised visit to try to sort out the running water, never materialized Too little staff. We could not be accommodated with an early breakfast

Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly. Was clean. Breakfast was very limited. We would have preferred a continental breakfast (as was advertised with our booking) as opposed to the halaal cooked breakfast we had.

The room needs a update everything is still old rundown only 2 tv channels sabc1 and mnet can't use the safe in the room

Most friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy beds, beautiful views, perfect swimming pool, beach only stairs away, enough parking space, restaurant in short driving distance.

The location. Staff were helpful and friendly. The building is neglected and air cons didn’t work in 2 of the 4 rooms rented. TV channels weren’t clear. Breakfast was limited.

The location of the hotel The hotel room was in a horrible state for the value paid, there were a lot of defects and broken stuff in the room from furniture to facility.

The location is great and the hotel is really nice overall. Love the staff. They are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The place is great overall but the rooms need an upgrade now. I also found a cockroach in my room.

Alotoof the hotel facilities appeared very badly maintained. The grass was dry, broken tenis courts. The passage carepts did not apear clean. The staff were helpful.
