Make more affordable i am a anew member no one ask.me.that.i.didt.get the points though No.welcome drinks.as precoius times We regulars at.the.hotes it.feels safe.for me.and my.family.and location is nice Under.previous owners things where fine New owners prices increased but you cannot.see.why The launch area.where more.nicer and comfy.with the.tb upstairs Price per room.is very expensive now.but still some.lighta not working Dstv package very bad- with kids its.bad wanting to.watxh tv and also.the.sports.channels.bad bad Staff is always very supportive

Location and staff are great. Some elements of the hotel lobby and certain areas feel nice enough. The beds are broken and old, the TV was literally useless the rooms wasn’t very clean—Windows where Brocken.

The resort location is amazing. We did not do breakfast but had supper on the Ala carte menu, the food was good value for money. The tea, coffee, milk in the room could have been a little more. Restricted to one cup tea/coffee and only two sachets' of milk.

Excellent location Room was at the back of the hotel and at check-in our car parked at the front. The receptionist told us there was a rear car park & entrance which we used. However there were 2 sets of stairs to navigate carrying several cases. My husband is 75 and I am 72, fortunately a member of staff happened to see us and helped. Someone should have been sent to assist us by the receptionist. The rear car park was conveniently situated near restaurants etc but the actual entrance was a back door. It felt as if we were hotel staff not guests and it could be improved.

The hotel kindly allowed an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We booked this stay for my parents’ 30th anniversary. Before their arrival, I called to ask if something small could be arranged in the room to acknowledge the occasion — even just a note. The staff member was very friendly, took note of it, and asked whether my parents drink alcohol (they don’t). However, there was no anniversary acknowledgement in the room apart from a small bottle of red wine. It left us wondering why the details were asked if they weren’t taken into account.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of several good restaurants and the beach. Nice area to walk. great hiking trails, hired kayaking and paragliding are nearby. Our room on the 2nd floor had very poor shower pressure and intermittent hot water....

Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.most importantly staff were awesome. The pool was ice cold I think they should make it heated and they should have a bigger halal variety.also there is nowhere in the hotel that we could buy any sort of luxuries or cooldrinks for the kids.

It’s location and lots of kid friendly activities on the premises such as tennis and swimming. Loved the friendly staff. It was not well maintained with mold on some walls, shower was small. Food was not very good.

The price, hospitality and things to do in the area. Parking was a bit of a problem and the pool was very very cold lol.
