Location excellent. Motel is right on the beach. Short walking distant to the beach. Wonderful beach front view. Prepare to walk up two or three flights for ocean front rooms. If no oceanfront you can still sit outside from room to get oceanfront view on 2nd and third floor. Loud air conditioner, bathroom a whole step up. Put chair at entrance for safety. No light for kitchen area. Slippery tub. No bottom fitted sheet on bed. Top covers and sheeys too small for bed. Only one night stand and no outlets at bedside for personal devices. TV is too small. Kitchenette was clean but need serious accommodations. Who is checking the rooms for guest? Faucets were backwards. Using shower knobs was like figuring out a combination lock. Toilet seat was lose and kept shifting. This was one the most expensive rooms for the motel.

Our stay was great we were there 5days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice view a little bit farther away from the boardwalk that we like. My husband didn't like the water pressure in the shower. The bed was a little to firm for us. But other than that it was nice, quiet, and relaxing which was what I needed after the year I had battling cancer of which I am cancer free now and having that time to sit by the ocean and relax was what I wanted to do. So thank you!

This place is really a hidden gem! The owners are wonderful. The room was great clean. I definitely would stay again.

Everything was wonderful! Location, price, staff, Everything! Very happy with this place! Parking spots very narrow, but that is everywhere in the area

Perfect close to the beach the view is beautiful WiFi wasn’t strong enough and the room I was in didn’t have A/C in the living room area

A nice stay, literally ontop of the beach, very nice staff.. would recommend for a weekend stay
