Wiley Park Hotel

Beds felt comfortable enough for one night. Was the best part of the rooms. Staff were friendly, met them once while booking in. Can't say much more than this, as other aspects about the place weren't notable and a little off putting. Good parking around the back, spacious, only for hotel and off street. Mold in bathroom and fogs up quickly. Water gets onto floor near sink if you don't put the shower curtain across properly in the shower-bath. Poor drainage in sink. Dusty cups and saucers in tea and coffee station. Poor blinds let light in from the streetlights. Very noisy being on a main four lane road, so now and then you get woken up by traffic noises. There was only one single chair in a four-person room, one more chair and a little table would be useful. Tricky to access the building. Have to walk up stairs from the back car park, or walk around the side road with oncoming cars to get back to the main road front.

The beer was cold and the room was clean. OK for a pub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner didnt work and the bistro has ceased trading.

Location to where we needed to be was good First time there, when entering carpark theres no way of knowing where to enter to check in. I entered via carpark up the stairs as ot said children are allowed in the area under suprrvision. Didnt realise it meant just the balcony so took my kids inside to a area they weren't allowed to be told i had to walk around and enter from the main road... no signs to say this. Fridge in room didn't work and there were melted ice creams in freezer My daughter found medication under the bed with someone else's name on it Dirt on floor in corners Beds up against the wall with traffic ...the trafgic doesnt stop (not the hotels fault about traffic) maybe better bed placement.

The bathroom roof was leaking and damaged It rained heavily on our last night, and water from the skylight had leaked, and it wasn't safe to use the bathroom

The room was very small. Bed not comfortable. Bathroom was clean but looked old and not well maintained. The room didn't look anything like the photos.
