Room is very outdated. Had two microwaves one didn’t work of course. Smelled like cigarettes.

There was black mold everywhere, stains on the carpet, cabinets and microwave were filthy

Staff was very helpful, room was neat and clean, price was good.

Weird check in

Hotel was dirty, moldy, dents in appliances, corners of bathroom had build up of dirt. Was a one night stay, glad I showed before I arrived there!

It should not even be listed by Expedia tbh

I didn't like the manager she had a very bad attitude she was not willing to do anything for a gas to work with the guests she was just pig headed stubborn with a bad attitude

Nothing They are scammers. I book 7 days and for emergency purposes I had to check out after two night! Booking send request for the manager to accept the charge and release my money for the other 5 days and they never did that. Booking sent the request couple of times with no response from the management.

The room was clean except the bath tub. It was hair and could be cleaned a little better. The room was just old appliances were rusty and dated. It gave a grungy feeling.

This “hotel” has no amenities. It’s in terrible condition and has many transient people. Everything…there was nothing to like

Clean Snow made it hard to go up hill

While I was staying at the property, the cleaning staff was rude to me and giving me strange and dirty looks! Another situation, a separate matter at the same property, I had two (2) packages in my name containing jewelry items, that were delivered to that property on February 17, 2026, three (3) days after I checked out on February 14, 2026 after I left that property, and I called the front desk manager asking if there were any packages there for me, she said there were two (2) packages for me then she also told me that she sent them back returned to sender. The property never told me about these packages until after I had to call THEM first and THEY sent my packages back, especially without even saying anything to ME first, without even letting me come back and pick them up. I also complained to American Select Suites Corporate regarding that matter also and I got absolutely NO COOPERATION in that matter! And now my packages are missing in action, lost in transit because of this!

The location was close to my job. My room smelled terrible. It was dirty.

The room was clean. The Air conditioner did not run steadily to reach the "set temperature". Rather, it turned On/Off repeatedly and never reached the cooling set temperature. There were no facial tissue in the room. There was no coffee pot or free coffee in the room. There was only one set of towels in the room (for a 2 person check in). There is no one at the desk after 10pm to address your needs.

Absolute perfection on all fronts as usual.

Convenient Well I was literally just waiting for the elevator and another guest waiting turned around started screaming at me called me a trash whore and flipped out because I stood behind him he was rude loud uncalled for I was totally embarrassed and it was on thanksgiving what is wrong with ppl
