Everything was nice from the staff to the hotel itself. No negative comments here. Enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed at the property in the past without any issue (which is why we chose to book again on our return trip), however this time was extremely disappointing. The A/C unit was not working properly so we had to wake up every 30 minutes to turn it off then on again trying to get it to work. The floors were dirty and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. Upon check-in the front desk neglected to tell us the ice machine was broken (was only working on 2 of the 5 floors).

The location was perfect for a stop over along our trip - right off Route 81. The staff at check in was friendly, helpful and efficient. Although we didn't have time to try the salt water, heated pool, it sounded and looked great. We got a good night's sleep as the hotel was very quiet. The facilities could have used some repair - walls had marks/stains on them. Room was pretty clean, but bathroom was old and hair on the floor.

Close to where we were going, comfortable room, very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pool and spa were closed for work. Unlike what booking.com says, it does not offer a casino shuttle.

Great rooms! The parking lot was a bit messy and pool was closed at the time. But the staff was amazing!

The beds were comfy and clean. The lobby was clean and the night staff the night we arrived was nice. The pool seamed clean and nice. The gym was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice. The room had a large fridge which was nice The staff had poor customer service. The woman who checked us out was rude. The bathroom was not very clean and wallpaper was peeling visably (just a little outdated I suppose). The coffee machine was empty on the second morning- not filled with water and the station was dirty and lacking creamer and other options

The pool was really dirty, I couldn't see the bottom even in the shallow end. There was some pink mold in the shower

Everything very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great. Burnt sausage, no omelets ready. Perhaps more people came down to eat at once than expected, but overall we left with full bellies. A pretty decent variety of muffins, bagels. Yogurt, juices etc.

Water in the pool was dirty. Room was clean.
