Motel 6 Williams, AZ - Downtown - Grand Canyon

The location in Williams was excellent, it was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ect on old Route 66 and short drive to the Grand Canyon. That's that only good thing about our stay. When we entered the room it had a musty smell to it. The bathroom door would not shut completely so we had to wedge a towel under the bottom to keep it closed while using it. I woke up the next day to find I had 8 bug bed bites on my right hand. Thankfully my kids were not biten at all. IMO, this motel is a dump. Avoid it, stay somewhere else.

They are infested with bed bugs me and my wife and kids got eaten alive didn’t sleep a wink told me they gave me a refund but but didn’t receive anything. They are liars and it was a horrible I will never stay at that motel again.

Super Great Staff and Room! It was Awesome!

Place was clean, well lit, roomy, and quiet. There was even an actual little dog park that my fur kids loved! Right across street from Safeway/Starbucks and a block from all the downtown fun on Rte 66. Will definitely stay again!

Wanted to cancel a reservation and the front desk NEVER answered my calls nor Expedia's calls. Wasn't until AFTER I was charged for 1 night and 3 minutes of waiting on a ringtone that they finally responded and canceled my 2nd night. Awful customer service from them. This was the Williams,AZ location BTW.

Nothing This was the worst motel 6 I have ever been in , the door was falling apart , the latch that suppose for safety was no way gonna stop anyone , and it already looked like it was kicked in before . The a/c did not work properly, and the linen on the bed had stains all over them , the young lady at the front desk said they could not get the stains out , so I told her to tell management to get new ones . The only thing good was the young lady at the desk she was polite and said sorry . Never will I ever go to another motel 6 again , if that is how they all are , we didn’t even stay their the 2 nights cause it was that bad

I got to the hotel and the front office was closed and had a sign saying for check in go to our other property. I go to the other property and that office was closed also and had a sign saying go to our other office. So I call the front desk and of course no answer. Needless to say I had to look up another hotel

The hotel was ok. There were stains on the sheets. But it was nice having a microwave and a mini fridge. We did find 3 tiny black bugs on both of the beds.

There was no bath tub where as booked room was showing bath tub.

Dirty bed sheets and blanket.

Close proximity Only one soap provided. No toilet paper holder.

Very nicely located near many shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Appreciated no riff raff around motel. Decent environment. Convenient location to grocery store and eateries. Nearby police station. Front desk was inexperienced but nice. Adequate for an overnight stay

Staff was not friendly

there was no breakfast the riim was filthy, there was no toilet tissue roller on the wall just a roll on the back of the toilet. They had no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Thew counter told ne that they did not have to supply these things. When I asked why every other motel 6 I have stayed always has these simple items she just shrugged her shoulders. As I said when I travel I will 90% of the time choose motel 6 for the easy access from freeway interchanges clean rooms and simple courtesy of the location. When I walked into the office the smell was herendous, These are not the owner manager I would have representing my name. I have seriously started looking for other accomidations for future stays. Scale of 1-10 I would give this location -10.

Great location. The pillows are paper thin and very little toiletries (just a bar of soap) Bring your own! Front desk was somewhat friendly but you almost feel like you’re an inconvenience.
