I was overcharged for my stay, and resolving the issue has been very frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a proper resolution. The refund process has been confusing, and customer support has not handled my case satisfactorily. I hope the management improves its billing accuracy and customer service to prevent other travelers from facing the same experience.

Pet friendly no carpet no funky smells. Mold stains above the toilet, possible leak from the upstairs toilet? When upstairs water is in use then drains it makes loud noises coming from the shower drain.

Clean, safe and polite staff.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly . We called the overnight staff to come fix it multiple times. The motel was booked so they couldn’t switch us rooms. So we had a horrible night trying to sleep in 90 degree weather

The location in the main strip of Williams AZ is exceptional. The room was simple and clean. perfect for one night stay as a gateway to GCNP. Will stay there again. Nice to have a large fridge and newer TV with streaming.

Wanted a first floor room. But was told I couldn't have one. I made my reservations 3 months in advance

Great location, comfy bed, and clean. Ice machine was not working, no shampoo. One bar of soap and it was at the sink in the living space. No soap, shampoo or towels in the bathroom found this out after in the shower. Light / power outlet on one side of bed did not work.

Rooms were immaculate! Update clean and fresh. The power curtain is way to short for the shower, so you have to clean up the mess from the water.. Parking was safe and easy. Conveniently located. Beds we wonderful, along with pillows. No coffee in the rooms! Definitely a huge negative, when you are traveling. Shower curtain was too short, causing us to have to use towels to mop up the floor. No coffee in the room, only in the lobby which is useless, when you leave out early.

Good location in the centre of town. You could walk to pretty much everything. There was a supermarket across the road too. Rooms were a good size Our door was being help on by masking tape, literally. Also none of the windows lock, so keep that in mind at night and when you are out and about. Staff were really unfriendly and unhelpful

- Comfortable beds - Nice bathroom, working showers - hot and cold - no confusions CONS - Our bathroom (125) did not have the toilet paper holder. The toilet paper roll was just kept on top of the toilet bowl. This is unacceptable. - We didn't find any breakfast at 7 AM. Just coffee. The coffee wasn't too bad, though. - A bit confusing on the address .... two Motel 6's right next to each other.

Had to walk around to multiple buildings to find an office that was open. Only 1 room key. Large front window lock broken, had to use hangers to try to keep it closed so people couldn’t break in, bathroom window not locked. No WiFi so the tv wouldn’t work. Air conditioner took forever to cool off. Small & limited parking spots. No handicap parking. Wouldn’t stay here again.
