The Ellsworth Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff at the Ellsworth hotel are very friendly. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. The room is set up perfect and the bed is comfortable. I recommend this hotel highly as a safe comfortable place to stay!

BEWARE!! Two weeks after my stay, I was directly charged AGAIN for a nights stay ($116), directly charged from the hotel. I called to speak to the manager many times to resolve this issue, with no call backs, even sent emails with only one response email with no help or solution to the unauthorized charge. I wanted to leave a good review and the room was decent and the front desk lady was very helpful during our stay. However I feel I was taken advantage of since the manager had no interest in me being double charged or helping me with this issue. So I don’t know if I was scammed since I’m from out of state or what. Just be careful when booking here as they may keep your card on file and charge you weeks later.

Refrigerator froze everything. Elevator didn't work. No amenities. Never again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was great, and everything was well maintained. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a newer hotel in Williams and we just loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Very clean and the room we had was large and comfortable except the sofa….it was a little hard.

The room was clean and organized. It’s hard to sleep because the room has thin walls. Throughout the night, I could hear trains passing and noise from cars on the road. I personally only slept for about three hours.

We had a very nice one-night stay after visiting the Grand Canyon. Finding such a stylish and modern hotel right on historic Route 66 was a surprise and something we really appreciated. Comfortable, fresh and full of character. Good job, Ellsworth!

Location was great could walk to town and restaurants. The property was newly decorated very clean nice bedding. Staff was very friendly. It even has covered parking and car charging . I would recommend staying here. It was very quiet for sleeping with a train station so close.

The check-in and check-out went very well. Nice hotel to stay at! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is also so much to see and great places to eat in Williams! We will definitely stay here the next time that we pass through!!!
