Beautiful place rooms are well taken care of. Only negatives I have is the outside cabana was never open and they don’t have Kurigs in the rooms. I will definitely be back to Greensprings!,, definitely recommend this timeshare.

We were surprised by the size of the “home” it was way bigger than we thought it would be! Huge tub in the master bathroom (which was also large enough for my makeup collection)! We had a great stay and will absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great definitely can use an upgrade, remove the carpets in the home . It’s very spacious . Check-in took literally 30 minutes and that’s has never happened before. We unfortunately had kids in our building so it was loud and u could hear everybody walking . Other than that I had a great time the amenities were amazing too, linen wasn’t too bad and it was so quiet and peaceful . Bringing the kids back but I will ask to be on the bottom floor not to disturb anyone else. Communication gets a 0 because I emailed you guys before the visit to let you all know what time I would arrive and that was a week earlier never got an email, called the day of no one responded. But outside of that the response time needs to be better .

The bed was not comfortable at all but overall it was a nice room.

After some of the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the very clean and comfortable unit and wonderful amenities. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again

Great room and overall the property was immaculate. We were blessed with a first floor room but we could not have done all the stairs to the top floor.

Very clean reasonable price Everything was far away from our suite. we were at the front of this very large property away from everything we had to drive to the pool the grills and all amenities. No elevators and we thought we were getting a jacuzzi but it was just a too small tub
