Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg

Everything included and an amazing location. Everything is 5-10 minutes from the resort. It was the Perfect stay and we will be back!! Room was also very clean and comfortable with a lot of space!

I had to call to the front desk several times. No shower gel in the bathrooms. No extra linen for the pull out sofa. I normally do not have any problems when staying at this property.

Slow check in. Given wrong building number after waiting 30 minutes in line for check in. After an hour of trying to get our room had no time Left to use pool and other amenities. Very disappointing.

Good stay.

Good place to stay, especially for families. We’ve been here before and would like to see some updated renovations to the floors and walls.

Resort offered great amenities and activities. Room was very spacious and the kitchen supplies provided (cookware/dishes) was helpful. Overall cleanliness in the room and the pool area could be improved.

Two bedroom unit perfect for friends or family traveling together. Great location.

Love the space and privacy. Didn't like the fact it was associated with a time shate. They won't take no for an answer unless you're rude.

First, enhance your stay by avoiding the time share sales pitch. Proceed right to the check in counter and don’t fill out anything while you’re in line. There is no “express check-in” - don’t be fooled. Don’t stop at the concierge for a “welcome packet” or whatever they’re calling it. Now for the actual rooms. We had a bottom floor 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. As others have said, they could use some updating. They’re just OK. Our room was very clean and tidy so no issue there. No smart TV’s, just a warning. Just your standard cable channels like you’re in the 90’s. Pool was nice, water was a little cloudy in the kids pool (not shocking). The amenities and what costs extra is a bit confusing. We didn’t use anything except a playground and the pool 1 day. There is no house keeping service and you’re required to take out your own trash, wash dishes etc - similar to an AirBNB. We had a little walk-out patio but due to poor drainage it was always a puddle of water during our stay. The check-out process was easy, just text the # they give you and drop your key cards in a box on the way out. Overall, it was mediocre. No major issues but I didn’t love it and would find another place to stay if we returned.

We love that we got such a big space for such a reasonable price. With three kids it was really great to have separate bedrooms and the ability to relax downstairs while they went to sleep. The pools were great and it was in an awesome location where nothing was more than about a 15 minute drive that we wanted to do. The staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with through text.

Housekeeping needs to be more effective for customers who stay long days and consistent. Overall my stay was great and the amenities are great for family vacations.

Really nice property that feels new or very well maintained compared to other, similar properties in Williamsburg. Location is good--very near to Target, grocery and convenience stores. Great for families with activities on-site, in between visiting major area attractions like Colonial Williamsburg or Busch Gardens. I will say that the on site restaurant is not great, but that didn't bother us as we were more interested in other local establishments.

Room was tastefully updated, very spacious, quiet and clean. Comfortable beds too, A great stay!

Very clean and well maintained property

The concierge won’t get a shout out or a negative when I arrived; could have just been me. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful re: getting a vacuum and information. The grounds are beautifully manicured. Out room was very clean and comfortable. The pools!!! OMGosh the pools are great especially for the kiddos!! Definitely my favorite resort in this area!!!

Great place, just be aware of the “welcome pack” at the back of check in, which is a hard sell to try and get you to go to a time share presentation :(
