No outside seating areas where people could smoke, uncomfortable living room furniture

Management is absolutely garbage. Check in was at 4, room wasnt ready and had to wait in the rain until 5:30. Group of irate guests.

Beautiful location and grounds . A lot of amenities. Amazing staff that we dealt with was Charlie the pool attendant he was friendly and kept us informed and brought us towels as soon as it was available. My couple of issues that I don’t like is you only get an x amount of items for your stay and if you run out you got to buy your own at the store (for example you get one laundry pod , 5 trash bags , one sponge , 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom , one paper towel roll etc ) even tho we didn’t run out cause we were there for 2 days but if I was to stay a week I would’ve had to spend additional money on stuff I believe the resort should provide . The indoor pool/hot tub looked a little dirty to me considering that’s the main one.

Clean and family friendly The pool was closed on the 4th of July due to a bathroom accident in the pool and it was closed for the rest of the day

The grounds and amenities are awesome A bit of rust in the bathroom pipes and tiny little bugs (sugar bugs) in the dining table.

Alot , not the quality of place for the money

The location good. Very quiet and my daughter really enjoyed the pools The property had no control over my 24 hr noisy upstairs neighbors. It was what was, they also toddlers and toddlers like to run. Not a Resort issue

It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and many bathrooms, but really enjoyed our stay. My only issue being an old person were the stairs, but most people probably wouldn’t have a problem with that

Clean Property, attentive staff, great location On the last night there we had a neighbor that was blasting his TV at 1am. We called security several times and no one answered the phone.

Property overall was well kept and staff were friendly. Washing machine in my unit was not functioning. When I asked for maintenance, they arrived but unable to get the washer to fill up. Was just left as is. Outlet covers missing in the living room. Worst of all, check in starts at 4:00PM. I arrived at 430PM and my cottage was not ready, with no ETA of when it would be.....

Everything great.

The telvision was not working with the remote properly. We made 2 separate calls to correct this.

The activity center was not large enough to accommodate our family when we came down for bingo. There was already some guests there to play so we had to leave and go back at a later time.

Everything was great, no issues at all.

The landscape was beautiful. My bungalow was quiet and peaceful. They had an array of activities to do on the property. It was also in close proximity to Water Country and several retail stores. There were stains on the couch and it didn’t look like it had been freshened up recently. As if it had been cleaned a while ago and hadn’t been used.

Room size, pool facilities Appliance age, creaky floors, furniture condition

The pools were very nice, my grandchildren loved them! Resort was close to many attractions and it had a lot of things to do at the resort. I really can say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Over all the bed we're not confrontable.

The dryer could work better.. small and taked more than one time to dry clothes
