The hotel location is great! It's super close to Busch Gardens. The amenities in the room are nice with the complete kitchen, however the room could use a deep cleaning, specially in the bathroom. The showers were very dirty, the grime was visible on the shower floor and on the grout lines it was not pleasant. I cleaned the sink faucets and the napkins turned pink from all the grime. The facility is nice, but it needs to be deep cleaned.

The rooms was wonderful and it was super close to Busch Gardens. We enjoyed the stay and staff was great and the property was very well maintained. Highly recommend!!

We stayed Monday-Friday and had the best time!! The staff was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a more ideal! We cannot wait to plan another trip!

The place was beautiful. Love that everything stayed open late. Wish there was a bar and the Linen was store out of site. But differently will go back.

It had all of the comforts of home and then some! It was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. The pool was fun and great for children. The staff were so helpful and friendly! We were given wonderful tips on places we could go do dinner and lunch. It was located in the heart of all that we wanted to do! We will definitely stay here again and would consider this brand for future stays elsewhere!

Great well appointed suites and kitchens. Perfect for family. Maybe the location was weird and required more driving to attractions. Access to Busch Gardens. You can't change or improve that however.
