Was alerted the day before that the pool was not available and under maintenance. The pool was dry looks like it wasn’t in use for awhile . The receptionist said she would charge a lower rate that didn’t happen Not returning

Hotel was very nice close to busch gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pools were under maintenance so parking fee was waived which was offered not asked for so very appreciated.

The only thing I have to say that’s positive of the hotel is the convenience of how close it was to Busch gardens. We booked this hotel is advance only to find it when we got there that the pool was closed from 8/1-8-31. We have two little kids and if we had known in advance we would have switched hotels. They stated we could use a pool at another hotel but that defeats the entire purpose. The bathroom was stained and there was holes in the curtains. We found garbage under the bed that was not from us. We are Hilton members, but this was not for us.

Pool was closed. Cookies were very good. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was so clean, the fact that there are so many restaurants and bars made it super inconvenient and so much entertainment for the kids to keep them occupied.
-
I booked this hotel primarily for the pool, but when we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed. We still had to pay for parking every night, and there was no free breakfast. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t book here again.
-
Pool is out of order both indoor and outdoor due to a incident that occurred. I wished I had known prior to booking as I would have gone somewhere else cheaper for sure.
-
I could hear loudness in the room from next door and it wasnt sqme room requested
-
The convenience of location to Busch Gardens. Decent restaurant and bar Pool closed at last minute, only notified day before arrival. Indoor pool was main reason we picked this location. Only one person at check in station, rooms got mixed up. More help needed at front desk

The hotel was clean and close to everything and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and I think that is the most important part of the overnight stay. The pools were closed but they did offer a shuttle to another hotel pool. I thought the room price was a little high considering the pool being closed and the time of year. I also did not like the fact you have to pay $12 for parking it didn't make sense. There is plenty of parking and there would be nowhere else to park. That was also not listed before booking.

No POOL bad experience and rude staff

We booked this hotel for a family trip specifically because the indoor pool was listed as open, but it was out of service during our entire stay. Having pool access for my son was the main reason we chose this location, so it was a major disappointment for our family. Management needs to keep their advertised amenities up to date so future guests know what to expect.
-
Both pools were closed, so if you are gonna book the hotel make sure you call to confirm if the amenities are all up and running. The front desk was very nice and sweet. Stephanie at the front desk was awesome.
-
No pool due to mechanical issues, offered nothing for it being closed could have at least gave free parking.
-
The rooms were excellent, and the property was close to Bush Gardens. My family and I will most definitely use this hotel again in the near future.

Breakfast was okay. We really like the balcony. It overlooked the pool that did not work. When taking a shower the mirror in the bathroom did not fog up. That was pretty cool. They gave us a discount. Thank you. The POOL did not work. They did not give us a heads up about it. We were able to go to the sister hotel. The chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes. It was a big inconvenience. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotel was fine but the pool was out of commission and that was the reason I wanted to stay there. We were offered to use the pool at Marriott but that defeated the purpose of wanting to have it in the same building. Everything else was fine.
