The staff was awesome! Very professional and very kind and considerate folks. The premises and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The rate was especially wonderful, awful and I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was a little thin and some of the conventional items were not available. But overall I had a positive experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

Nothing Very disappointed in the reviews, run down, filthy, given room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, only had biscuits hash browns and scrambled eggs and they were not kept stocked, no pastries, fruit, cereal, toast or bagels

Location Everything

Was alright. Nothing special, definitely aging. The bed was the worst. Wife and I laid down to sleep And we both rolled to the middle of the crappy bed. If I had to choose I would pay the extra money for a better place to sleep.

DIRTY STINKY COUPLE STAFF TRIED OTHER COULD GIVE A CRAP

Room: the bathroom has mold on the ceiling, no hair dryer, beds were full, not a king size that we requested, staff ok, breakfast ok, hot tub was really bad.

This hotel is very dated and not properly maintained. For example, there was only one working light in the pool area and instead of fixing those lights, there were to mounted to the wall and plugged in. The hot tub had a yellowish/green look to it. The extra lock on our door was missing half of it, so it was not usable. The curtains in our room did not have properly due to missing pieces and therefore would not close fully. Breakfast ran out of biscuits and gravy within about 30 minutes of opening - not much of a breakfast selection overall.

Nice location, very comfortable beds, a/c unit cooled the room quickly (it was 100 degrees outside when we arrived). Wonderful breakfast and coffee available throughout the day. It was a bit noisy outside one evening which it made it difficult for me to sleep well

Very poor

Beds were hard. Rooms were not clean. Lots of loitering both inside and outside by individuals who may live at facility. It wasn’t clear, but they were hanging out in the lobby very late making it difficult to fall asleep. It was an odd experience.

I strongly advise travelers to AVOID this "hotel". I booked via Expedia, and paid with Paypal. When I called the number Expedia gave me on my reservation, I got a Call Center. I didn't realize it was a call center, and I just wanted to tell them I was running late. The call center told me they didn't have my reservation! I had a confirmation code and everything! I called Expedia, and they said they would start a "investigation". Expedia has sent me emails from a Regine A. stating that my refund waiver be honored. It is NOT a refund waiver, I wasn't a no show. I was informed by the call center that I DIDN'T have a reservation! How is that a NO-show? So, DO NOT stay at this unethical hotel, which is owned by OYO. And, I would also suggest not using Expedia, which I have always depended on in the past! It's a shame. I guess, Trivago and Hotels.com want my business. Oh, and Expedia LOVES to add a "insurance" charge to their bookings, it's optional, but if you don't take it, the hotel will lie and say, "No reservation" The Insurance is about $9-10, but WHY?? It's not a hotel in NY!!!
