Nous avons changé d'hôtel, a l'apparence c'était propre, ma fille trouvait que ça sentait très fort dans chambre (produit) par deux fois en entrant dans notre chambre c'était frappant. Nous étions couché et nous entendions un bruit fatigant provenant du frigidaire. Nous avons décidé de tirer sur le mini fridge pour y faire le débranchement. Nous avons trouvé une trappe a souris et insecte derrière le frigidaire ce qui nous a effrayé. Nous étions au Rez de chaussé. La réceptionniste ne comprenais pas elle n'avait jamais entendu parler de cela. L'homme de maintenance m'a dit que toutes les hotels faisait pareille. J'ai changé d'hotel a midnuit le soir. Expedia a été très a l'écoute. L'hotel très mauvaise expérience. Arrivé a l'autre hotel, nous avons inspecté en arrière du frigidaire. Pas de toute de surprises, comme au Whyndham.

He had to go back the next morning to see the manager and speak to the female who had cleaned the room. The manager stated that she spoke to the female who cleaned the room and was told by that individual that she did not find my clothes while cleaning the room. The manager said that she had no reason to disbelieve the employee ! There's no doubt in my mind, or lack of common sense on my part concerning the crime of thievery that took place during the hours following my check out ! The clothes with a value of approximately $ 135 to $ 145 are a loss to me, and after the purchase of a two night stay at this "newer" Windom Hotel, this crime was totally uncalled for. They're basically saying that " I " lied about leaving my clothes there as if I had something to gain from this !!!!!

Great stay! Enjoyed the young lady at the front desk when checking in and had a great room for the perfect last night before flying home. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy!
