Check in was a much longer process than it should have been. The air conditioner had to be kept on very low temperatures to keep the room from being too humid, and the bedding was not warm enough to keep warm. The elevators were extremely slow for there to only be two.

Staff were helpful and did everything out of way to fix TV in both rooms without signal. Phone not working in one of the rooms of our stay. Breakfast was ok, drink machine out of order. Had to buy our own., not too much to choose from. Too far from Carolina Beach about 25-30 minutes away

I was in the area on an emergency an I stayed here for 6 nights. I would definitely stay again it was up to my expectations.

The pool area was nice and clean, but the towels were super small. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because it was always crowded and had limited options. We will not be staying at this property again.

Overall, not bad

The staff here were very friendly and helpful! I did feel like the overall hotel was pretty dirty. Our room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed and our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room.

Nice hotel. I had no major complaints; it provided for all of my needs during my week stay in Wilmington. The location was excellent since it is just down the street from UNCW campus. The rooms had a slight odor of mildew because of the constant AC. It was not possible to dry clothes in the room on a hanger due to the high humidity inside the room. There were also lots of constructions workers staying at the hotel each night - this could have been only a temporary thing. Nevertheless, the workers did not bother me. I loved the free buffet breakfast provided each morning by the hotel. Very nice!

We booked a room thru a site but don’t do that! Call the hotel directly. They can offer discounts that a website can’t. The staff is so friendly!! The room is typical but clean. The bed is comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and they bought me a fluffy comforter fresh and warm right from the dryer. We will stay there next time we visit our daughter at school. 💝

Super friendly and helpful staff, high cleanliness and wonderful amenities including the pool. Their complimentary breakfast offered variety of hot food which is rare to find elsewhere.

The staff were great and very helpful! However the hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. The pleather chair in the room the was coming apart and there were rips in the fabric in the fabric chair. Most of the towels had strange stains on them. The carpet in the hallway was not flat and kinda made it a tripping hazard if you weren’t careful.

Beds were some of the better feeling ones I've slept on down around here. I saw a lot of complaints about the bar next door being loud and playing music past 11 or 12 but I didnt notice or hear anything, the only loud noises I heard were people banging stuff around 4am but I only heard them cause I woke up.
