The cleaning staff was amazing and super helpful! The hair dryer broke and I called the front desk. They said they would send a maintenance person, after waiting for 30 minutes I finally flagged down a cleaning lady and she took care of it for me and replaced the broken unit. They were very friendly. The front desk staff was not nearly as helpful.

The room was not that cleam. The rug was full of stains, and the walls had stains on them, and there was areas of corrosion on the walls in the bathroom. The shower was a little dirty with some hair strands. Some of the pillows had yellow stains on them. Everything that I wiped down in the room had a yellow residue. We were able to change to another room that had some of the same issues. But the bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff member named Pebbles in the dining area was very nice with a smile, and asked if there was anything else we needed. Everything about the breakfast was really good, and the area looked really nice and clean.

The stay here was very delightful that we had to extend it to one more night. The air conditioning and the breakfast were amazing! Definitely will be staying here again on another trip to Wilmington.

Staff was excellent. The breakfast would have been great except ran out of yogurt, cream cheese, and syrup for the waffles. The sister hotel was also out. In addition, the pool did not look very clean or inviting, so we didn't use it. We did use the gym and it was great.

Stay here only if you need to save money. There is nothing good about this hotel.

The entire hotel wasn’t exceptionally clean, it was pricey for what you are getting and the continental breakfast was serving spoiled milk.

This hotel is not brand new but it is well maintained for its age. A great value compared to similar hotels. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Very basic amenities.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were not a size I have even seen on a bed before. Perhaps 18x18, pretty strange. The staff were very nice.

Make sure that the toilet paper and Kleenex are stocked in each room. Otherwise great!!
