Unpleasant smell on first floor by lobby towards elevators. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall was good stay. 3.5/5

The amenities were perfect for our kids. The staff was so friendly!

Good location, close to the downtown area and not terribly far to the beaches. Bed was perfect! Good breakfast, enjoyed our stay.

The best part of the property was the pool and morning breakfast

We chose this hotel over other options because of its central location and—above all—the pool for the kids, even though the beach was a bit of a trek. When we arrived on Saturday the 15th, the pool was closed due to recent rain and required immediate maintenance; there was no apology, let alone a courtesy discount for the inconvenience caused to guests—most of whom come specifically to enjoy the pool. The outdoor play area was also off-limits. We were scheduled to check out at noon on the 16th and wanted to enjoy the pool that morning, but—wouldn't you know it—it was closed again, with absolutely no apologies, emails, calls, or messages sent to us. I contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel, but the hotel refused a partial refund or any gesture to make up for this lack of respect toward the customer. Clearly, the management places no importance on the satisfaction or enjoyment of the paying guests—and the service isn't cheap. Perhaps the owners ought to attend to their business themselves and provide decent treatment and service to the people lining their pockets.

1st room smelled like cigars, had to be moved to another room. Staff was nice to help me with that. Parking good breakfast was good. Room floor felt dirty (a plus for wood floors instead of carpet) I would’ve chosen somewhere else. The hallways smell

Clean room and easy check-in. Great amenities. Short drive to Wrightsville beach access.

The pool was closed due to flooding … The cushions on the cabanas were absolutely filthy. The toilet was clogged up as soon as we got to our room. The shower water pressure was super low. The sheets felt as if there was sand in them.. Will not stay here again.

So clean, staff wonderful, breakfast was perfect, so many great amenities . We will be back everytime we come to the area. Thank you for our amazing stay! There is literally NOTHING that I did not like!!
