had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, and I appreciated the overall comfort and service throughout my visit.

No tub in our bathroom. The door to room so heavy that my 88 yr old wife could hardly keep it open. Too heavy for old people.

The staff was nice, there was an older woman that prepared breakfast most days and you could tell she put her love into it! Overall it was a nice stay, the only complaint for us is that the room was not as clean as we would have liked. There was little pieces of garbage under the beds and hairs left behind in the bathroom.

Clean rooms and facilities, gym was nice, didn't use the pool. Good breakfast as we expect at Holiday Inn Express, friendly staff.

Great hotel, and reasonably priced. Difficult to access and navigate at night, however.

The location was perfect, there is a movie theater next door and we were able to wind down after a long day and take in a movie. Plus dinner was easy as it's surrounded by restaurants. There was even a mall across the street, couldn't have picked a better place. N/a

Kind of hard to get to with the way that it sits but well worth the inconvenience

Was disappointed that there was no breakfast due to a broken appliance. They offered extra points to Reward members, but nothing to those not a member of Reward program.

Nothing everything was very nice and clean

Room was clean, comfortable and in working order. Has plenty of outlets with usb throughout, and bedside. Good lighting. Well lit parking. Lobby functional with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is basic with hot and cold foods, plenty to choose from. It was fresh and well stocked still three hours after it opened on a holiday. Would stay again.

The location of the property is great. Easy access to anything you may need & could easily take the 35 min drive to the gorge. The pool was extremely dirty and cold, supposed to be heated. The shower in our room had a huge crack the entire length of the pan that they had caulked to “cover up”. The bathroom had dirt and grime accumulated. Just overall dirty.

Very friendly and clean The only downside was there was not a heater for the bathroom only; the room heat had to be used for the entire room just to warm the bathroom.

THe customer service was good. Also, the cleaness of the faciclity. Great location Everything was great.
