It was a little difficult to find, but not located on back gravel roads with potholes as many budget hotels. The room was clean and adequate, however there were obvious repairs that needed to be done - the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging by two screws and it was obvious staff were aware of it as the towels were piled on the toilet tank; kind of interesting this simple repair was not done. The other issue I had was when I walked my dogs at 8:00am the next morning my card key would not let me back into my room so I had to take the extra time to go to the office to get my car key fixed, and staff was available. It was otherwise a good stay.

I stayed for six nights without one day of room cleaning or freshening up. The trash cans around the property were overfilled and were not cleaned/emptied in the six days I stayed there.

The beds were comfortable There was a 2"gap all along the outer door where the weather stripping was gone. I had to stuff a towel in it to keep out the heat from outside. No closet, nowhere to hang any clothes. The mirror was all dirty over the sink so you could tell it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. There was a strait up shop lite over the beds for lighting. We would never stay here again. Very poor

While the room was clean and maintained, the only grip I had was its location and the road you had to travel to reach the hotels. A sign would have been nice so drivers won't get lost on their first time getting to the hotel.

Check in was slow and should have at least had coffee. Office not even open at 8:30 when leaving.
