Do not be fooled by the photos posted on your Reservation apps. I was on the road and i was looking at the ratings and photos of all stay locations. This ANS had a higher rating than Days Inn and Super 8 and the photos of the bedroom accomodations looked like the Taj Mahal with a beautiful King bed. The price was discounted, but it should have been the red flag. Room was listed as NON Smoking. I pulled up to a 1950 single story motel with external doors. The office was open and I showed the clerk the photo of teh room I saw online and he replied, "Oh we don't have any of those available". I asked for an extra towel and he could not accommodate. I went to my room where every door had a table with an ashtray. Outside my door sat an older man smoking for hours. The room smelled like urine. I sprayed fabrize on EVERYTHING. Lampshades had cobwebbs. Bed looked comfortable but when I got in it that night the matress had a downward slope on one side like it was compressed or worn. When I turned on the heater, fresh sent of subway urine came out and choked me. I had to saturate the filter with fabreaze and shut the fan. What a retched place. The owner aked me to PAY TO STAY AGAIN and she would discount the stay. Unless you are homeless and miss these odors, I would not recommend.

No one was on the premises for me to access my room! I was there before 10:00 p.m. also I didn't see any notation about how it wasn't 24 hours supported until the room was booked. Please return my money immediately.

Location and cleanliness The mattress was a little soft
-
Bad smelling room the shower leaked

Room was very spacious and clean

The only thing that I liked was the fact that it had a kitchenette included. There’s absolutely no privacy. People watch your every move. The bathroom window was unlocked and rattled with noise all night long.

Open, and clean. I’m a smoker, and they had plenty of places to smoke that is non evasive to others, but is in a place that isn’t in another county.?
-
Low price By hotel lobby there was a flower bed loaded with cat feces
-
No breakfast just coffee Everything was alright but it had some bugs
-
Not sure, it's a hotel/long term efficiency place, so it's what I expected. I had no blackout curtains on my room, but I'm an early riser.
-
Close to work event Hotel rooms never seem clean enough. Random hairs and dust.

The general manager, Beth, is a delight to work with. She, staff and extended stay guests remembered me when I arrived and greeted me as a friend. I had stayed at the hotel in October. The room was large and nicely decorated. I love having a kitchenette and lots of space. There was not a first floor room available, so the staff and extended stay guests helped bring all my things to my room. I had a lamp problem, but management brought me a new one. So not really a dislike. It's really more a recommendation... the motion detecting lights in the stair well should stay on longer and should cover the first and last steps.

Location was ok, outside of facility was good. The room was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, there were rough drywall patches on the walls, cracks around the shower, large gaps around electrical outlets, stains on the table, electrical cooktop in small kitchen sitting on top of the counter that is meant to be installed flush in a countertop.

Wasn’t able to use my booking. Front door locked at 8:58PM and note saying to call a number. When call was made was told they were no longer affiliated with them. Called a second number and message said no one could answer the phone, call back later. Had to go to another motel for the night. Terrible experience.

Very laid back, and family oriented

Convenience

The property is easy to miss because there is one entry lane, and the property is set back out of easy sight from the road. The setback does provide for a quieter environment. The toilet seat has a lid, so items can be placed on it, helpful in the absence of hooks.
